Biite Club is a Los Angeles-based platform that produces chef-driven pop-ups, dinners, and food activations. They connect emerging food talent with curated audiences, running experiences across the city that blur the line between food event and cultural moment. They teamed up with De La Nonna — a beloved LA spot known for its modern take on Italian comfort food — for a tongue-in-cheek dinner with one problem: there wasn't a real nonna in the kitchen. So we turned the gap into a campaign. Flyer drops, street interviews, and a hunt across LA to find an actual nonna to represent. The whole thing walked the line between food event and social experiment.
