For this collaboration, Mr. Jong, a dinner series built on community and shared tables, partnered with Lingo, a Filipino pop-up committed to exposing more of Filipino culture through food. The event turned food into a statement, highlighting Filipinx and Latinx solidarity and anchored by the Isang Bagsak unity clap, tying together community, culture, and the unsung heroes of Los Angeles.
