Chef Pete Duong's pop-up dinner is a multi-course experience built around the relationship between land, sea, and sky — seven courses, paired with a five-course omakase cocktail series from Forage Bar. We documented the evening: the prep, the plating, and the room as it filled. Fifty guests, an intimate setting, and content that showed the full picture without overselling it.
