Biite Club is a Los Angeles-based platform that produces chef-driven pop-ups, dinners, and food activations. They connect emerging food talent with curated audiences, running experiences across the city that blur the line between food event and cultural moment. For their latest dinner series, they paired Danny D's Mud Shop with a rotating roster of culinary collaborators — a three-episode exploration of clay and cuisine. Episode one was a modern Chinese-American dinner with Woon, using custom vessels designed with founder Keegan. Episode two was a morning breakfast with LA baker Sasha Piligian, her signature morning bun plated on Danny's handmade ceramics. Episode three was a bistro-style dinner with chef Chloe Walsh, complete with live jazz and vessels made for the occasion. We produced teasers and recap content across all three.
