Founded by Rose Previte, it brings together a market, restaurant, private dining room, and rotating pop-up kitchen — more going on under one roof than most people walking in will realize. Most guests come to Maydan for the market and leave without knowing there's a Moroccan tent tucked inside — a private dining room with its own menu, atmosphere, and a level of intention that most restaurants in LA don't reach.
