This is part of a two-part cocktail series made to introduce the bar program at Highly Likely — and give each drink its own visual identity. The Island Boy is a seasonal daiquiri: Diplomatico rum, fresh lime, hibiscus, black pepper, pineapple. Caribbean sorrel culture reimagined as a cocktail, shot in the same dark, directional light you'd find at 10pm — tropical in character, moody in execution.
