
Biite Club is a Los Angeles-based platform that produces chef-driven pop-ups, dinners, and food activations. They connect emerging food talent with curated audiences, running experiences across the city that blur the line between food event and cultural moment. Pink is a flavour. Chef Brandon Stanciell and Chef Zoe Komarin built a pizza around it — Rosalba radicchio as the anchor, the rest following from there. We captured the contrast between playful concept and serious technique, letting the dish and the personalities do the talking.
