Nick Westbrook was four years old the first time he made biscuits with his grandfather. He grew up in Georgia, where that kind of biscuit making — by hand, from memory, the way it was actually done — is already rare even in the South. Pa's is the brand Nick built from that memory: named for his late grandfather, grounded in a craft that most people haven't tasted and fewer still know how to make.
