
Biite Club is a Los Angeles-based platform that produces chef-driven pop-ups, dinners, and food activations. They connect emerging food talent with curated audiences, running experiences across the city that blur the line between food event and cultural moment. For this one, they handed the floor to someone who actually knows kimchi. A hands-on class: fermentation basics, flavour ratios, and enough banchan conversation to fill an afternoon. We were there for all of it.
