Westholme is an Australian wagyu beef company known for precision and flavor. For this project, we partnered with Michelin chef Ludo Lefebvre to show how Westholme wagyu elevates his signature Big Mec burger—a French-style burger with rich sauces and bold technique. Another piece put Ludo in the kitchen, cooking steak while sharing stories from his journey, blending skill with personality.
