Tev's Kitchen is a Jamaican restaurant in Inglewood, run by Tev — who grew up in Jamaica and built the restaurant around the food and community he brought with him. We spent time with Tev and let him tell it: where he came from, why Inglewood, and what it means to cook for the people around you. The oxtail speaks for itself.
